Oversee all of our workers to ensure all work is done in a professional manor and completed as expeditiously as possible.

Offer non-legal advice on how to best settle tenant/landlord disagreements.

Provide eviction services.

Advertise for new Tenants through classified ad websites, local Newspapers, MLS listing, and strategic partners including Realtors®.

Take applications and perform credit and background screening of applicants.

Collect tenant documents, copies of ID, write lease, and create account file.

Collect rents and disperse payments to Property Owner.

Pay all bills associated with the property, such as, lawn-care and service Utilities.
